Your Chabaux jewelry is of the highest quality, entirely handmade in France in our Paris workshops. If you take good care of it, it will last a lifetime.
First of all, it's normal for jewelry worn on a daily basis to show signs of wear, because like us, it lives.
Adopt the right habits to care for your jewelry:
Chabaux jewelry should be the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off in the evening.
When you're not wearing your jewelry, it should be stored in a protective box or pouch. You should also be careful not to pack your jewels in a single bag or box, as they could damage each other.
To preserve the brilliance of your jewelry, avoid contact with make-up, creams and perfume, and never expose your jewelry to chlorine or salt water.
If you use hydroalcoholic gel, remember to remove your rings and dry your fingers thoroughly before putting them back on.
Remove jewelry before showering, swimming or playing sports.
Clean your jewelry with a dry microfiber cloth.
Taking good care of your jewelry means it will last over time and accompany you in your daily life for many years to come.
Chabaux jewels are handcrafted with a great deal of skill. Handcrafting can sometimes present irregularities, and this is what makes your jewelry unique.
Your jewel is guaranteed for one year.
If its deterioration is due to damage consistent with reasonable use and maintenance or a manufacturing defect, Chabaux offers to repair and/or replace your jewelry. We carefully examine all jewelry for warranty claims to determine the type of damage.
Customers who have purchased a Chabaux product from a retailer must contact the retailer directly to benefit from the warranty.
If, however, the alteration of the jewel is not covered by the above warranty, or if the time limit is exceeded, we will offer you an estimate for repair or replacement.
