1. SHIPPING YOUR PACKAGE

1.1 Type of order

Jewelry in stock is shipped within 2 to 5 working days after receipt of payment.

For pre-order jewels, the different jewels will be at different stages of production and will therefore have different shipping times. They will start shipping on the date indicated on the product page. If you have any questions, please write to us at contact@chabaux.com

1.2 Means of delivery

Packages are sent either by Colissimo in France or worldwide.


Packages can also be shipped via a carrier of your choice at your expense. Please contact us if you require a different delivery method. Whichever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online.

Your package is dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile objects. Boxes are the right size and your items are properly protected.

Metropolitan France, colissimo: €5

Europe, colissimo: €12.5

International, colissimo: €25

Courier Paris intramuros: €16

1.4 Insurance

Tracked letter and Colissimo shipments are not insured against loss or theft. In the event of non-receipt, you will need to file a claim with La Poste, but we will not be able to compensate you for the loss. We invite you to contact their service directly on 3631.

2. RETURNING YOUR ORDER

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receipt to inspect your item, try it on and notify us of any problems you may encounter :

Returns :

-If the item does not suit you, or if you have changed your mind, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs and to coordinate them with the local post office or carrier.

-To be returned, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags and in its original packaging.

-To initiate a return, please submit a return request to contact@chabaux. Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

-Once the item has been received and inspected by our team, we will issue a refund to the account used to pay for the order.

-Please refer to our size guide and feel free to ask our staff for help in making your decision.

-After 7 days of receipt, returns for aesthetic or fitting reasons will not be accepted.

Damage :

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.

-If the item has a defect that has passed our inspections, or has broken during delivery, we will provide you with a return shipping label and cover the cost of repair.

-If the wrong item has been sent to you, we will provide you with a return shipping label and promptly send you the correct item.

-If the cause of the damage seems unclear, the customer may be asked to return the item to the studio for further inspection of the cause of the damage.

After 14 days, any damage reported to us must be returned by the customer, who must bear the cost of the return and coordinate it with the post office or local carrier.

-If the damage appears to be due to a product defect, we will repair the product and return it to you.

-If the damage appears to be the result of misuse or accident, we will charge a repair fee in accordance with our repair policy.

Can I exchange my purchase?

The easiest way to exchange returned products is to place another order while returning your own. Such a situation must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Unwanted items must be returned to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for coordinating the return with their local post office or carrier, in accordance with our return policies.

We will invite you to place a new online order for the product you need, and we will proceed with the refund of the item once it has been received and inspected by our staff.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded according to your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
